Free Shipping
Free FedEx Ground shipping is valid on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Shipping discounts are shown on final checkout page. Some promotional restrictions may apply. Not valid with exclusive offers.
Downy Nest ships to the continental United States only at this time.
Standard Shipping Rates
A flat fee of $10 will be incurred for FedEx Ground shipping for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Holiday Closures
In observance for the holidays (2025), Downy Nest will be closed:
Independence Day - Friday, July 4
Labor Day - Monday, September 1
Thanksgiving Day - Thursday, November 27
Christmas Day - Thursday, December 25
NOTE: All orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day.

Most orders shipped within the contiguous United States are delivered via FedEx. FedEx ground shipments are delivered 8:00 PM to home and business addresses.
